Yep, there's finally an app for Borderlands in the form of a "map app" and is available on iOS and Android for $2.99 and $3.01 respectively.

This app was developed by Dorling Kindersley of Brady Games and supports icons showing hidden stuff not shown in the game such as chests, Cult of the Vault locations, ECHO receivers, and so much more. This can be a lot of help for those who want to find all there is to find and even some stuff you never thought was there.

Charging money for this sort of stuff doesn't make sense when you can find equivalent information on the internet.

Yeah, true. But that's how Brady Games is. Charge for stuff you can find for free on the Internet. :x
